Boyers Windy Acres Spring Fling is a AMHA/AMHR, DNA’d blue roan (homozygous black based) tobiano pinto filly  who is also microchipped and  was foaled March 21, 2008 during a snowstorm.  Her dam is Star Lakes Lucky Star, my blue roan  33 ½” driving mare and her sire is Westwinds Nights Blaq Moon, a homozygous black based tobiano pinto 30 ¼” stallion.  Spring  has a nice head and appears to be on track to be a 32 or 33 inch mare having  one brown eye and one blue eye like her sire.  She is full of energy and loves to play with Scarlet taking laps around the field.  Spring has a sturdy, compact body and should make a nice driving horse and broodmare and will be a nice future cross with Microchip, both having really nice trotting action.   This filly was a willing participant in some gait transition studies as Michigan State University’s McPhail Dressage Center which is located next to the Veterinary College.  She is available for purchase to a great home for $1500.00.
